Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect the details you type into our application form so we can call you back about your spot. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to show it, fix it, or delete it at any time. The full policy is below.

1. Who we are

SINAG ("we", "us", "our") is an independent reseller bringing the IMBODY smart home gym to the Philippines. We operate the website where you found this policy (the "Site"). We are the personal information controller for the data collected through the Site.

We process personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

2. What we collect

When you send an application through our form, we collect only what you give us:

Contact details: your name, mobile / Viber number, and email address.
Application details: your general area, the model you are interested in, who will use the machine, how you would like to proceed (reserve, installment, or exploring), and your preferred timeline.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, government IDs, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the form.

The Site itself is a simple page. It does not run advertising trackers of ours. If we later add analytics or advertising pixels (for example Meta Pixel), we will update this policy before or at the time they go live.

3. Why we collect it

We use your data to:

review your application for one of the 50 units;
contact you by call, Viber, WhatsApp, or email, as you agreed on the form;
answer your questions and, if you decide to proceed, arrange your reservation, delivery, and installation;
provide after-sales service and warranty support if you become an owner;
keep records we are legally required to keep.

4. Our legal basis

Consent: you tick a box before sending the form, agreeing to be contacted and to this policy.
Contract: once you decide to reserve, we process your data to prepare and perform that agreement.
Legitimate interest and legal obligation: basic record-keeping, fraud prevention, and compliance with Philippine law.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Ever. We share it only with:

Delivery and installation partners, so they can schedule and complete your white-glove installation;
The manufacturer or its service network, where needed to register or perform your warranty;
Banks or payment providers, only if you ask us to arrange an installment plan;
Professional advisers or authorities, where the law requires it.

Everyone we share data with may only use it for the purpose we gave it to them.

6. How long we keep it

Applications that do not become a purchase: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted or anonymized.
Owners: for as long as needed to serve your warranty and meet legal retention periods, then deleted or anonymized.

7. How we protect it

We keep your data in access-controlled systems, limit who can see it to the people who handle applications, and use reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business. No system is 100% secure, but we take this seriously: if a data breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the NPC as the law requires.

8. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:

be informed about how your data is processed;
access a copy of the data we hold about you;
correct anything that is wrong or outdated;
object to processing, including to marketing messages;
have your data erased or blocked where legally applicable;
data portability, receiving your data in a usable format;
damages, if you are harmed by unlawful processing;
complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

To use any of these rights, message us at [contact email] or [phone / Viber number]. We respond within a reasonable time and at no cost to you. To stop receiving messages from us, simply reply "STOP" or tell us on the call.

9. Age

The Site and the First 50 program are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other sites

The Site shows product footage and links related to the manufacturer (IMBODY). Their websites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be highlighted on the Site.
