The short version: applying on this page is free and is not a purchase. No payment is taken on this website. The First 50 price is ₱429,000 while spots last. We are an independent reseller, and all product claims come from the manufacturer. The full terms are below.

1. Who we are

This page is operated by SINAG ("we", "us", "our"), an independent reseller bringing the IMBODY smart home gym to the Philippines. We are not the manufacturer and not an official or exclusive distributor. "IMBODY", "Power S", "Power Q" and related marks and materials belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the products we resell.

By using this website (the "Site") or sending an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The First 50 program

The "First 50" is our first batch of 50 IMBODY units for the Philippine market.
Sending an application is not a purchase and does not guarantee a unit. It is a request to be contacted.
Applications are reviewed personally. We may accept, decline, or waitlist any application at our discretion, for example when spots run out or when we cannot serve your area.
Spot counts shown on the Site are indicative and updated periodically.
A spot is only confirmed when we tell you so in writing (including chat or email) after your call.

3. Pricing and payment

The First 50 price is ₱429,000 for the IMBODY Power S pro package, against a reference price of ₱500,000. Pricing for other models or packages will be confirmed on your call.
The First 50 price is valid only while the 50 units last and may be withdrawn when they are gone.
Installment figures shown on the Site (about ₱17,875/month over 24 months) are estimates for illustration only and depend entirely on approval and terms from your bank or card issuer. We do not provide credit ourselves.
No payment is collected on this website. Any payment, deposit, or reservation fee will be discussed with you directly and confirmed in writing before you pay anything. Do not transfer money to anyone claiming to represent us without written confirmation from our official contact details listed above.
All prices are in Philippine pesos and, unless stated otherwise, inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Delivery and installation

The First 50 package includes free white-glove delivery and installation within our primary service areas in Metro Manila and select cities. For provincial locations, we will confirm feasibility, timing, and any additional logistics cost before you commit.
Installation requires a suitable wall or placement area, clear space to train in front of the unit, and a standard 220V outlet. We confirm site requirements with you before delivery.
Delivery timelines given on calls are good-faith estimates and can be affected by customs, courier, or manufacturer schedules.

5. Warranty and service

Units come with the manufacturer's warranty: 1 year on the mirror unit and 2 years on accessories, counted from delivery, under the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
We coordinate warranty service locally, so covered issues are handled in the Philippines rather than abroad.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or use contrary to the product manual.
Nothing in these Terms reduces your statutory rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and other applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Health and safety

The IMBODY is exercise equipment. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have been inactive.
Always use the product according to the manufacturer's manual and safety instructions, and supervise minors around the equipment.
Fitness results vary from person to person. Nothing on the Site is medical advice, and we make no guarantee of specific results.

7. Product information

Specifications on the Site (resistance figures, program counts, features such as AI assessment, Assist Mode, and dual-user training) are based on manufacturer information and may change as the manufacturer updates its products and software.
Product images and footage are courtesy of the manufacturer. On-screen workout metrics shown in the Site's mirror preview are illustrative animations, not live product data.
"No subscription" describes the manufacturer's current model, where included programs do not require a mandatory paid subscription. Optional paid content, if any, is set by the manufacturer.
Cost comparisons with gyms and trainers use typical Metro Manila rates for illustration and will vary by individual.

8. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including sending false applications, attempting to disrupt it, or copying it for a competing purpose. We may refuse service where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

9. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, and layout belong to us. Product names, marks, images, and footage belong to the manufacturer or their respective owners. You may not reuse either without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability connected with the Site or an application shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us, if any. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including liability arising under mandatory consumer protection rules.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the date at the top, applies. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the proper courts of [city, e.g. Makati City], without prejudice to any mandatory venue or remedy provided by consumer protection law.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
